Entrance Monument Update
Expansion of  McGinnis ferry Road is scheduled to be completed by July,2011. Starting August 2011, we can build our entrance monument. The board has already initiated this process. The board has formed a 'Entrance Monument' Committee comprising of our residents and board members.
The various stages identified in this rebuilding process are
1)Survey the land around the sub-division entrance
2)Take easements from the necessary parties to acquire sufficient land to build the monument
3)Hire an architect to design the monument and surrounding landscape
4)Selection of design
5)Acquire necessary permits from city and county
6)Invite bids to construct the selected design

Above stages are completed. Builder will be starting construction work soon.

We are also considering the option of digging a bore well to water the landscape to reduce or permanently eliminate county water bills.
